Ian is in his eleventh year with CertaPro Painters. His 25 years in the painting industry and business management bring effective customer needs analysis, appropriate client program design (innovative, cost-effective, etc) with tight Standard Operating Procedures ("SOPs"), and quality execution in the field. As the National Accounts team leader, Ian aims to deliver Certainty to every client location that CertaPro touches - - every time and everywhere.
